A barefoot myofascial bodywork method characterized by broad, sustained pressure and a slow pace.

Using an anchored Sarga silk and gravity, the work can address deep layers of global body tension

without the sharp sensation often associated with deep-tissue massage.


  • 90 Minutes - $375 Intro to barefoot bodywork or ongoing care
  • 120 Minutes - $475 One area of focus incorporated into full body session
  • 150 Minutes - $575 Two areas of focus incorporated into a full body session

Cancellation policy

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Changes inside this window are fully charged. If you become ill, please contact me ASAP so we can reschedule appropriately.



setup & breakdown

Please allow 15-20 minutes before and after your session for setup and breakdown. This does not reduce your treatment time.
