Sarga Bodywork
A barefoot myofascial bodywork characterized by broad pressure, high tack, and slow pace. Using an anchored Sarga silk, this modality can address chronic tension without the sharp sensation often associated with deep-tissue massage. Pressure level is accommodated to the recipient: not too much, not too little.
What is fascia
Fascia is the connective tissue that supports every muscle, joint, nerve, and organ in the body. When your fascia becomes tight or restricted, it can affect everything from posture and movement to breathing and recovery. The technique of shearing the tissue brings pliability, fluidity and ease of movement.
Cancellation policy
Please provide minimum 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. If you become ill, please contact me ASAP so we can reschedule appropriately. No refunds within the 48 hour window.
setup & breakdown
Please allow 15-20 minutes before and after your session for setup and breakdown. This does not reduce your treatment time.
