my name is dana perunThe Bodywork Studio is my private mobile practice, offering focused, therapeutic bodywork in the comfort and privacy of your home. Professional ethics, clinical education and intuitive practice is poised to meet you where you are.
Since obtaining certification and massage therapy license in 2009, my experience has led me to focus on fascial/myo-fascial tension. I recognize how stress, injury, repeated movement patterns, and past surgery can contribute to postural and mobility dysfunction. Furthering my education over the years, I've become certified in the Vodder method of manual lymphatic drainage and also Sarga Bodywork. I am keen about fascia tissue and my ability to apply different techniques to support pliability, suppleness and balance has been a long time practice. It is quite fulfilling to help those who wish to live with less or no pain, move with greater ease and have a better quality of life.
My work experience ranges from luxury spas, to sports clubs, boutique day spas, and private in-home mobile sessions. It is within these environments, I continue my practice to promote wellness and better health.
